Housing and Land Use

IPRE has worked on housing and land use issues in Oregon for nearly 30 years. We have worked with state agencies and local governments to evaluate Oregon’s landmark Statewide Planning Program.  We work continually to understand the state’s decades old housing affordability crisis to promote sound policy and plans for communities.
