Natural Hazards and Resilience

Communities are threatened by numerous hazards, from chronic floods and storms to potentially catastrophic earthquakes and tsunamis. IPRE helps communities plan and prepare for such events, reducing their impacts, and speeding recovery. Our work includes updating planning documents and policy and conducting community research on the impacts of hazards.
